Heartfelt Adoption and Surrogacy Services, Inc. is licensed to perform home studies for families residing in the State of Florida. In addition, we can provide post-placement supervision services, birth parent interviews, and counseling.

The fees for our services are as follows:
 
Independent Home Study
Includes home visits, background checks, post-placement supervision, and periodic reports to the courts. (If outside Hillsborough or Pinellas Counties, travel time and mileage will be added.)

 $1,200.00

Home Study Update

Home studies are only valid one year from the date of completion.

 $750.00

Post Placement Visit
Once an adoptive child is placed in your home.

 $250 each

Final Recommendation
to the Court

 $150

Expedited Home Study
If home study must be completed within less than three weeks of application

 

$250 plus mileage @ 40 cents per mile.

Counseling (per hour)

$75
